TCF operates from two non-profit corporations: the Trinity Centres Foundation and the Trinity Centres Real Estate Brokerage Foundation. Some directors and officers are shared. During the current process of charitable and real estate sector registration for TCF Realty, members of both organizations are listed below.

 
Rod Bergen, FCA FCPA, Chair

Rod Bergen FCA FCPA, Chair is an accountant with leadership experience in the Jim Pattison Group (Canada’s second largest private corporation) and a wide range of industry and charitable organizations.

Marie-Sol Gaudreau, Director is also Director of Operations for the Anglican Diocese of Quebec. Marie-Sol also leads the Quebec Religious Heritage Council (CPRQ) Quebec City Table.

Carol Tarr, Director is also Impact Investment, Measurement & Management (IMM) Lead for the Netherlands-based Phenix Capital. She was President of the Harvard Club of the Netherlands from 2020 - 2022 and co-founder of Wominvest Observatory which hosted debates on Women and Investment at the EU Parliament.  

Jason Barrett, Director is an investment banker with leadership experience at CIBC World Markets, Ardenton Capital and SmartBE Investments. Jay is also a board member of the Mile End Mission, a poverty alleviation charity in Montreal.

Graham Singh. CEO is TCF’s founder, with over 20 years experience in the faith properties sector. Graham is also ordained in the Anglican Church of Canada. He is educated at the London School of Economics and Oxford University.

Shafin Jadavji, CA, CPA, CBV, Director at TCF Real Estate Brokerage Foundation is a finance specialist who founded and is Broker of Record at Cubecom Full Service Realty, helping clients solve unique and complex real estate challenges with the help of his diverse and talented team.  Shafin’s work within the GTA’s non-profit real sector has prepared him to engage the governance complexities of TCF’s work in this area.

Michael Smith CA CPA, Treasurer

Michael Smith CA CPA, Treasurer is an accountant with leadership experience in the Coors Molson group of companies. Michael has served as Treasurer of TCF’s pilot site, the Anglican Church St Jax Montreal.

Me. Julie Favreau-Lavoie, Secretary is a property and social economy lawyer with leadership experience in a range of religious and non-religious charities. Julie is also the legal architect behind some of Quebec’s most well known social finance instruments.

Ernest Ng, MCIP, RPP, Director at TCF Real Estate Brokerage Foundation is an urban planner and real estate finance professional, having served in both municipal and large institutional investment organizations, such as, QuadReal Property Group, Canadian Apartments Properties REIT (CAPREIT), York Region, City of Markham and more. Ernest brings a passion for local community development along with his belief that communities of faith can make a substantial contribution to challenges such as housing and community resilience.
